Pittsburgh-Based Snow Removal Employment Opportunities for the 2018 Season
Positions starting at $12.00 to $18.00 an hour plus bonus opportunities, depending on experience.
Gardenalia is a Pittsburgh-based green, holistic, and ecologically responsible landscape design, build, and fine gardening firm, that has been creating inspired outdoor spaces since 2002.
We are currently seeking Snow Removal Team members to assist with our existing winter snow removal service. The position requires part-time to full-time hours dependent on winter weather conditions.
Our services include the removal of all winter debris from anywhere around private homes and commercial properties! Additionally, we clear off steps, patios, sidewalks, driveways, streets depending on the client request.
Responsibilities Include:
General snow removal using a snow shovel and/or other mechanical snow removal implements.
Spreading Ice Melt as needed.
Create and maintain a positive team environment and behave professionally with everyone encountered in the course and scope of the job duties.
When necessary, driving one of our plow trucks.
Requirements/Skills:
Reliability working very early/unpredictable hours.
Must be able to independently lift and carry up to 50+ pounds.
Requires working outside in a variety of climactic conditions for long hours as weather and seasonal requirements dictate.
Prior experience with snow removal preferred, but not required.
Current PA drivers license
